Braids by Faith – Booking Policies

Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance is due via Zelle or cash (CashApp/Apple Pay accepted with a +$10 fee).

All sales are final.

No children or extra guests are permitted during your service.

Content creation is part of the Braids by Faith brand. Appointments may be filmed or photographed. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know at the time of your appointment.

Shampoo is included. Hair must be detangled before service; a $50+ detangling fee will apply if not.

Minimum hair length: 6 inches is required for most braid styles. A closure is required for thinning, bald areas, or pixie leave-out styles.

Service concerns must be addressed before leaving the chair. Once the appointment is complete, Braids by Faith is no longer liable and will not respond to concerns afterward.

After-hours appointments (before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM) require a $100 fee, payable at booking.

Appointment times are estimates. Please plan to be in the salon between 2–5 hours, as I take the time needed to provide the highest quality results.

Seasonal notice: With the weather change, hoodies are not permitted during services, as they interfere with braiding and styling. Please dress accordingly.

Respectful communication is required at all times. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit.

Phone usage: Please keep calls private and at a low volume to maintain a relaxing environment.

Positive energy only. Braids by Faith is a luxury braiding experience built on peace, joy, and good vibes. Bring your best energy—it’s part of the experience.

Right to refuse service: I reserve the right to refuse service to maintain a positive and professional environment.

Cancellations: Same-day cancellations are considered no-shows. Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit their deposit and will be banned from future bookings.
